Problem:
This issue has been reported to Lotus Software Quality Engineering in Software
Problem Report (SPR) JSTH4PQKZ6.
Note: Related aspects of this issue were fixed in Notes 5.0.6 Client (SPR
#JSTH45WK69), but the issue was not fully resolved.

SPR# JSTH45WK69 - Fixed inconsistencies with "private on first use" views and
folders to use either the shared copy or private copy, if it already exists.
Also fixed a display problem which did not show a "private on first use" view
or folder as selected.
Workaround:
Delete the private view and the master "Shared - Private on 1st use" view and
then recreate, from scratch, the master "Shared - Private on 1st use" view
Note: It is appropriate for both the master "Shared - Private on 1st use" view
and the private view to both display. It is only the case where two or more
private versions of the view display which is an issue. For more information
